A Second Inconvenient Truth About Global Warming
The reports of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change represent the consensus view of hundreds of climate scientists on the issue of global climate change, both past and projected future. The report is a useful guide to both citizens and policy makers. In this talk I present some of its findings and highlight certain little-recognized features of the latest (2007) report that lead me to question conventional wisdom on optimum global warming policies.
